The Youthhood is a dynamic website for youth to help them plan for their future. It contains info, interactive acitivties, an online magazine and many other ways to connect what's important to their learning experiences. It's also designed to be used as a curriculum in any setting where adults assist youth to set goals and plan for the future.
The Transition Explorer is a career planning tool designed to give youth, their families, counselors, educators, job placement specialists and others helpful and convenient information about services, resources and career choices. Although the Transition Explorer focuses on young people with disabilities, it has a broad array of valuable information for anyone seeking career guidance.
