Welcome to MiConnections’ partnership with the Transition Explorer!

The Transition Explorer is a career planning tool designed to give youth, their families, counselors, educators, job placement specialists and others helpful and convenient information about services, resources and career choices. Although the Transition Explorer focuses on young people with disabilities, it has a broad array of valuable information for anyone seeking career guidance.

The Transition Explorer is divided into sections or categories, each of which contains links to career-related websites. In partnering with TE, you will see that MiConnections has integrated many of these sections into our website. We’ve also organized the sections to show you how they align with the MiConnections (High School/High Tech) design feature framework.
